Example&

The government
in Indonesia has a three-step program to decrease population. The first and
most important step is the education of the people about the problems of
overpopulation and about the processes of controlling population. Next, the government
tells the people about the availability of birth prevention techniques and methods
like birth control pills and intrauterine devices. In addition, the people are
able to learn the facts about sterilization for both men and women.
Finally,
the government is making laws to control the birth rate in Indonesia. The first
step has been to eliminate the financial allowance for all third children for Government
employees. Eventually the government intends to make that law applicable to the
entire populace. The ultimate result of this program will be to limit the
growth to approximately 2%, thereby making the income per capita in Indonesia significantly
higher.
